New! Receive Your Diploma Faster

We know our students are eager to show off their diplomas when they complete an Institute program. We have streamlined and automated the process so you will be able to hang your diploma on your wall sooner than ever before. Effective October 1, 2007, diplomas will be automatically ordered upon program completion and will be mailed directly to the student within one month of receiving a final grade.

Completers of the CPCU professional designation, IIA associate designation programs, and the Program in General Insurance (INS) will receive a single copy of the applicable diploma without charge. Completers need not contact the Institutes to request a diploma. Students nearing completion of a program should verify their name and address in the Institutes records to ensure they are accurate and reflect the name as desired on the diploma. Log in and verify your mailing address and your name as it will appear on your diploma. If you prefer, you may contact Customer Service at customersupport@cpcuiia.org or 800-644-2101. With this new automatic diploma delivery process, you need do this only once, but be certain to update your records in the event of a name change.

The Institutes will provide duplicate or replacement diplomas for a $30 charge. Requests for a diploma for a previously earned designation will also be subject to the $30 charge. To request a diploma order form, call (610) 644-2100, ext. 7631.
